HB is not just a beautiful town, great weather, good surf, police enforcement like no other and a scenic setting, it's
a joy when summertime comes around. The college students just anticipate that first warm day, when the sweaters and jackets
are shed in favor of short shorts and a shredded T-shirt. Ahhh, the beauty of So Cal life, that first warm day in the spring.
