Long ago my parents asked me what musical instrument I wanted to play. I thought about it, and asked myself, "What
instrument would piss my parents off the most?" Thats why I play drums. Playing drums was the best way for me to vent
the pent up energy of a teenager, it really was a great release and experience. I'm 26 now and playing the drums has let
me piss off parents and neighbors for half my life with a great sense of pride. It's nothing for me to spend an extra 4 hours
in the studio to get a beat down, it makes me feel like I've accomplished something meaningful.
